Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Localization & Cross-Border Communication training for international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What You Will Support

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Localization & Cross-Border Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Jakarta and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability for project-based work linked to Jakarta, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.
