Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Digital Productivity assignments in Bandung, Indonesia, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

What You Will Support

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Digital Productivity content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Digital Productivity training sessions for client teams linked to Bandung and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Digital Productivity; experience facilitating learning for business teams; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
