Experience Level: Senior

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven DEI & Culture expertise and experience supporting HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

What You Will Support

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DEI & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured DEI & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Riyadh and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Demonstrable expertise in DEI & Culture; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

Apply / Express Interest

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

Suitable candidates should apply with a concise summary of relevant expertise, client-facing delivery experience, and current availability for assignments of this nature.
